Add a khiops-core package for macOS

Khiops-core would be nice on MacOS in conjunction with pyKhiops.

Question: What type of package type ? dmg, pkg, macports, homebrew... Probably the same as mpich/openMPI

Homebrew has a difficulty: It only has one version of MPICH available, currently 4.2.0. The last time I tried to run Khiops with that version (or any of the 4 series) it hanged. OpenMPI has also just one version available on brew. In general, this situation is difficult because you cannot pin versions (at least I haven't found).

MacPorts seems to have the same problem, and I think is not very mainstream (see for example https://ports.macports.org/port/python311/, the package for python 3.11, released two months ago, has only ~700 downloads).

In my opinion, dmg or pkg seems the way to go (preferably dmg for the installation simplicity). However, it would have to bundle MPI (as in the windows packaging).
