Distribution of Linux packages

The Linux packages are available on the github release page. The original idea was to put them on an internal Orange repo (DCR), this repo should be available on internet within few months. Currently, the new packages are not in DCR (it is a problem because some projects use it) and there is no automatic way to upload them on DCR. Furthemore, nor these packages nor the repo on DCR are signed.

There are 3 features:

• Put manually the existing packages on DCR
• Discuss the benefit of the signature
• Update the CI/CD to sign and push directly the packages on DCR.
