FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'acc.txt'

Been having this problem, FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'acc.txt', I followed every single step but it appears not to work properly. I have created a file "acc.txt" saved on the same exact folder of the python script file. Please help! Thanks.
