Looks like `arc lint` lints the LESS files, which have a bunch of errors, whereas `make lint` doesn't.
Setting up a real comment system may happen at some point, but in the meantime, this is probably even better.
This would let folks read the posts in their RSS reader. Though this would mean that there's a second medium that every post author would need to verify renders correctly.
A blurb at the bottom with an optional picture, a name, and optional links to wherever (personal blog, portfolio, etc) should be fine.
