Change semantic API url

Describe the bug Previously we were using the API deployed at https://fastersemanticsearchapi.sevaa.win/

We need to change it to the newer deployment here: https://gurbanichatbot.sikhitothemax.org/

Possibly you would only need to change here but do look if its mentioned anywhere else in code too.

Once you change the API link, test the Ask a question feature from home page, is that working as it shoud? If you get any error, let me know.
