Search for Bindi characters alongwith the normal words

Earlier when searched for /search/Kmrh?source=all&searchtype=1&writer=all&page=1 we got 0 results, but with this fix, we get the following response

Would work for all five bindi characters.

• 'ਸ਼'
• 'ਖ਼'
• 'ਗ਼'
• 'ਜ਼'
• 'ਫ਼'

It works for simple search, but if we use wildchar characters like *, it doesn't work, I will look into that tomorrow.

Update: Adding it alongwith the wildchar search operators require complex refactoring, we can do that as a separate issue.
