Question on GPU Requirement when training locally

Dear the Development Team, I want to ask you which GPU is the best for training? I used GTX 1060 6GB, NVIDIA Tesla v100 with 16GB RAM and both of them failed because of the memory overflows Screenshot from 2020-11-06 20-13-03

For running the test, only the NVIDIA v100 performed well in the test, and the GTX 1060 6GB RAM stil got the overflowed issues. I want to ask about the specification as I want to know whether I need a better GPU or I need to investigate in the underlying problem of the codes.
