[Linux] Open the app a second time when clicking on launcher

Describe the bug

I already have the app started. When I clicked a second time on the launcher it will open a new window and not restore the already opened one.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install on linux
2. Open the app
3. Open again using the launcher

Expected behavior

It should restore the already started app.
