Minimum size not showing in Mockup, incorrect in Preview

I'm seeing a discrepancy between a dialog with a minimum size set built and displayed from a program, and the dialog as displayed both in the Mockup panel and in the Preview command. For internal testing, this can be tested by looking at the StaticCastDlg dialog in ttCode -- it's quite a bit wider when run from ttCode then displayed in wxUiEditor. Note that this dialog did have persistence turned on, but was then turned off. That should not affect the display in ttCode, but should be verified since the size will still be in the registry on Windows.
