Improve ability to create a column for a wxDataListCtrl

Description:

The context menu for wxDataListCtrl should have a command for adding a dataViewListColumn. In addition, if the user has wxDataListCtrl selected, clicking the DataView Column in the Ribbon bar should create the correct type of column. Once that works, it would make sense to remove the DataViewList Column button entirely.
