Add toolbar between language and notebook tabs

Description:

Adding a toolbar between the name of the language and the notebook that has the tabs would give us several additional options for commands:

• Font: allow the user to set their preferred Font and Point size
• Generate: This would generate just the current form, and not the entire project
• Generate Derived: Same as Generate, but only generate the derived form
• Copy "...": This would copy the currently displayed tabs contents to the clipboard
