I've not seen that weird formatting before. What Jellyfin server version, client, and client version are you using to configure it?

Also using FF 131.0.2 (64-bit) on Linux:  Have you tried incognito with all FF extensions disabled?
The fix has been fixed in #107, but was never released because I forgot to create an actual release afterwards.
What list did you upload? What/where do you see channels? Please describe in detail what you tried, what you were expecting to see, and what actually happens.

What servers are you trying to change? Give the exact steps that you execute and the exact expected result. These answers are very ambiguous.
