KS_diy Offline downloader on stm32

Oflline downloader on stm32 and Oled (Simple_TeenyUSB_TX folder) it is fine Oflline download and online daplink is work good.

But have some mistakes

  1. Hex file offline burning do not work, need correct hex2bin.c file. Need axopt HexFile2BinFile and for fatFS library.
  2. if you use SSD1306 or SH1106 display need some correction on LCD init and Font display char function.

PS do not update TeenyUSB library, New library has mistakes
