Add a wiki: Unofficial Feed The Beast Wiki

The only problem I've found with this redirection (as I've witnessed on my own, making a tampermonkey script to autoredirect me) is that both wikis have differing content; the fandom wiki has information the independent one doesn't, and vice versa.

It looks like there's a content page disparity in favor of the Fandom Wiki (29k vs. 24k). The Fandom Wiki also appears to be considered the official Wiki as well, and is the Wiki linked from https://www.feed-the-beast.com/.

Note that the FTB fandom wiki is planning to fork as well to a different website so this FTB unofficial wiki may soon be obsolete for this extension.

Re-commenting on this since it was re-submitted. Still a large content gap + Fandom wiki still seems to be considered official and linked from the official site.
