Suggestion: add an option to not do anything with wiki.gg wikis

Indie Wiki Buddy together with wiki.gg Redirect extension produces weird results in the search. I don't want to uninstall wiki.gg Redirect, because I like how cleanly it integrates in the search results.

As you can see: first the wiki.gg extension replaces the link, but after that Indie Wiki Buddy does that again by crossing over.

It would be nice to have an option, off by default, to let Indie Wiki Buddy ignore these wikis and let wiki.gg Redirect handle them
