Destination Wiki is shoutwiki. See concerns regarding shoutwiki from PR #39.

they're a company, running an obsolete version of MediaWiki, are ad-heavy, and have limited extension support.

We've started accepting ShoutWiki wikis (especially as they now support https!). Will add Len'en Wiki in the next update.

This has been added in v3.10.1 (now available for Chrome, should be released for Firefox soon)
