Add a wiki: AQW Wiki

AQW Wiki is a Wikidot wiki, which is not currently supported. Last time Wikidot support was brought up (#401), it was noted that Wikidot's default search search:site has been down since May 2022. Fortunately, AQW Wiki supports the alternate search function search:main, which does appear to work (and via a URL API). For example, http://aqwwiki.wikidot.com/search:main/fullname/artix and http://aqwwiki.wikidot.com/search:main/fullname/frostval . (I have not yet found any other Wikidot wikis that support this search function, however. SCP wikis use their own search function search:crom that is not accessible via URL.) As with DokuWiki, the search does not redirect even if the page title exactly matches, so users will always land on a search page instead.

In terms of activity, AQW Wiki has had hundreds of edits in the past 2 days alone (it's unfortunately difficult to get an exact number due to limitations of Wikidot). Conversely, Fandom has had 12 edits in the past 30 days and has 2 active users. AQW Wiki has 79779 content pages vs the Fandom wiki's 2336 content pages.

I did find https://aqworldswiki.com/ , which appears to be another independent wiki on the same topic, but it seems to be completely abandoned, with 1 active user and 2 edits in the past month. (It does have 10998 content pages though — substantially more than Fandom.)

The one substantial issue is that the site appears to be HTTP-only. I don't think this is a limitation of Wikidot, as the SCP Wiki does support HTTPS.

Oh, I forgot to mention that it is an official wiki, as noted on the Main Page.

According to this forum thread where the owner of Wikidot was trying to sell Wikidot, AQW Wiki is "moderated by Artix, the company that runs the game", and Artix Entertainment is listed among the companies that pay for Wikidot's services.
