Relations aren't exporting in Umbraco 13
Describe the bug I can't get the RelationTypeHandler to export anything in Umbraco 13.3 using uSync 13.2.2 (free edition). I've tried with default settings, activating it in app.settings, activating, setting actions in app.settings, and setting exclude to empty in appsettings. Everytime it just shows a green checkmark and a blue progress indicator.
The relationtype I would like to export is a document to document, bidirectional with dependency on (and it has relations), but I've also tried document to media, parent to child relationtypes, and turning dependency off.
I see nothing in the logs that would explain this (but I haven't tried digging through debug logs).
Expected behavior I expect the handler to export Relations and RelationTypes.
