Localize uSync UI Languages

Convert the uSync UI into other languages -

at the moment the majority of the text in the UI is localized in the en-us.xml file. https://github.com/KevinJump/uSync8/blob/v8/8.7-main/uSync8.BackOffice/App_Plugins/uSync8/lang/en-US.xml

but it would be good to have the uSync UI in other languages (and let's be honest spelt correctly in english).

If you want to help localizing uSync, then create a new issue with the language you want to do and add the language file to the lang folder - that would be awesome!.
