Have a try about increasing `MEM_LIMIT` in `docker/.env`
Due to your system security policy, 1200 can not been open and bind.
You could ignore that error message which effects on nothing.
You could ignore this error message: `LLMBundle.encode can't update token usage`.

In `docker/.env`, what's the value of `DOC_ENGINE`? Keep it consistant with the code repo.
Try `172.17.0.1:11434`.
