Manual Travel not working for extreme edge of galaxy.

Using release 2.3.2 and at the outer edge of Eissentam. Move says Invalid Coordinates. This occurs with many systems/planets in that area. Even using coordinates copied from the current player position causes the error. Galaxy 10 0000:007E:0804:0413 Glyphs obtained from Portal: 5413FF005801 Signal Booster agrees: 0000:007E:0804:0413

The manual calculates the Galactic Coordinates correctly, the move doesn't accept them
