How to show items below max displayed history

If you have set max displayed history size to 20, how do you access the history below 20?

If you set that value to say 200 instead of 20, you can't see the app because it is off the screen. Is the 20 supposed to indicate the visible items then when you get to 20 and hit the down arrow key, the list scrolls?

I'm using Linux Mint 21 and maybe CTRL+ALT+H is supposed to do what I want? Issue https://github.com/Keruspe/GPaste/issues/412 describes the shortcut not working on some OSs.

The version of gpaste installed by apt is 3.42.6.
