open gui for 3.36

I'm using 3.36.5 in Ubuntu20. But the UI firstly appear at bottom of window then move to the center as this GIF. Could it appear at the center directly or other way? Here I compare 3.36.3 and 3.42.6 in VM.

  • VM-Ubuntu20 + 3.36.3 gpaste
  • VM-Ubuntu22 + 3.42.6 gpaste-3 42

And could #394 backporting to 3.36?
