Upload not working from command line or gui, even though wgetpaste works

Upload not working from command line or gui, even though wgetpaste works just fine.

Running "echo blahblah | wgetpaste" works as expected. Content is uploaded and a URL is returned.

From what I can see it is not even trying to execute wgetpaste. Running "gpaste-client upload uuid" returns no standard out and does not upload.

Running Gpaste [v3.42.6]
