daemon not properly started sometimes on sid/gnome 3.38.2

Hi,

when i reboot (on debian/sid gnome wayland), the daemon seems to be off: history has vanished and only one entry is kept. If i do daemon-reexec then it works again (but history is lost).

I have the same issue, Ubuntu 21.10, Gnome 40 on X11

$ gpaste-client --version
GPaste 3.40.2

But not sure that for me it happens after reboot. As I noticed, GPaste just stops working suddenly with the same behavior as you described. It starts working normally when gpaste process is killed and started once again
