gpaste-daemon high writes

When looking at gnome-system-monitor gpaste is the highest writing process on my system at around 140GB since last boot (15 days). On a SSD this isn't great.

I have a fairly large history.xml of around 30MB and I'm guessing it's re-serializing every time I copy, writing the whole 30MB.

Seems like using a sqlite database would fix this and also increase the speed of nearly everything like mentioned int https://github.com/Keruspe/GPaste/issues/155

I also have another issue which I believe is related to large/slow writing where when I switch to something on my clipboard history and immediately paste then I still get the previous item. I have a wait a bit before I can paste the new item.
