[Feature] Implement a basic bootloader

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Grub is multi purpose; it works now, but may not always provide the features we need with a custom bootloader. It may impose a limiting factor when we need more flexibility.

Describe the solution you'd like A ktf-specific bootloader, which at least provides in a predefined memory location the memory layout of the system.

Describe alternatives you've considered Keeping grub.
