Random issues on last build
After Exahustive test of bassmidi, i encounter two problems.
1 - High CPU under xaudio 2.9, When i active this during playback, cpu usage reach up to 93~100% while wasapi reach only 3%~7% 2 - Noteoff events doesn't work now, this keep the note sustained/linear instead noteoff delay, delay ms doesn't seems any } effects on this 3 - Wasapi not allow to user swith bit depths between 8/16 keeping 32 bit float permaently, attenuating sound peaks. 4 - From always, the interface of omnimidi configurator eats cpu while navigate on omnimidi User Interface even in UI performance mode, affecting audio from same app and the sequencer. 5 - the option "Use linear decay/release phase for volume", Enabled makes concave curves (default), instead linear, disabled makes linear instead of concave curve,. Solution for this rename to "Use concave decay/release phases for volume" or invert the switch, due that is wrong. 6 - Ignore midi events causes system unresponsive, the time for open taskmgr to kill app sequencer is between 5 min and 10 min.
