Motivation

A technical author (developer evangelist) wants to showcase a piece of script/code in their article. They want to use their favorite tool so they store the code in Gist. They want to include the Gist in their article without losing their focus and the context of the Kontent by Kentico.

Proposed solution

  • Get current user info using https://developer.github.com/v3/users/#get-the-authenticated-user
  • Get user's Gists via https://developer.github.com/v3/gists/#list-a-users-gists
  • Let the user choose a Gist from the retrieved list
