The Fallout_CDDA mod's value of monsters and weapons need tweak

Such as if you are using the Tri-beam AER9 Laser Rifle,which cost 50KJ in the heavy_battery for a shot,shoting the deathclaw,the monster in fallout that can kill a power armor man.You can easliy kill it by 2 shots,if you have the high marksmanship only need one shot in headshot,because the size of the deathclaw is BIG. image image

BL9 is doing great in this way,high damage for weapon means high hp for the hard-dealing monster. So If you can tweak the weapon and monster in the fallout mod,I would be very appreciated!

I think you need some English screenshot so Kenan can get this better...
