Before I accept this pull request, I need to understand your commitment to supporting your implementation. Is this a complete implementation? It appears from the description that your implemented only a NestedText encoder and you are counting on https://github.com/npillmayer/nestext for the decoder. Is that true? Are you planning to implement the decoder yourself? Is it your intention to provide long term support for your implementation? Has your version passed all the tests in the standard test suite?
