Removing a vehicle

Hi. I like your app thank you. I just gave back a M3 to my leasing company and got a new model Y. How do I remove the M3 from the watch app? I’ve pressed the “remove vehicle” button in the Tesla app and while I no longer have control over the old car I can still see it.
