App not responding/opening on watch but ok on the phone

I ended up deleting the app from the watch and then downloading it again and it started working perfectly again.

Same here, the complication is there, but stuck on old data. Tapping it does not open the app.

Edit: I just checked my Watch app on my iPhone, and Watch for Tesla is under available apps and I can click INSTALL. After a short while, it stops installing, but shows the same INSTALL button.

Try what we did: uninstall it from the watch only, restart phone and watch, reinstall it on the watch, open it on your phone and it should appear on the watch too. It did the same on mine, looked like was installing it but nothing happened. I just restarted both, then opened the app on the phone and checked the watch and ..magic…as nothing ever went wrong 😅

PS: I have the same version
