I've tried everything you recommend, but still "loading" without end

I followed your advice to "Please restart the MCU in your vehicle by holding down both steering wheel buttons for 15 seconds. Then ensure your vehicle has cellular connectivity " I have restarted multiple times, downloaded, and deleted and redownloaded the app, Signed in and out of Tesla. The car has cellular connectivity. The app sees what kind of car I own, but it will not load any of the data needed to function. Settings seem to be present, but not the actual functions. Help, please.
