I've a question: can I unlock my Tesla without card and iPhone off due to battery but only with app installe on a non cellular AppleWatch 6?

Nope, unfortunately not. Not unless your watch has WiFi connectivity near your car. So for instance in your garage or at work. But if going surfing, you'll have to get a cellular watch or bring your keycard. Sorry.
