Weder Internet noch WatchApp noch TeslaApp
Nach der Installation der WatchApp (IOS) kann ich weder auf Tesla.com über Safari oder Google zugreifen (Access denied), noch funktionieren die TeslaApps auf unseren iPhones. Eine TeslaApp habe ich geschlossen, das iPhone neu gestartet, doch die TeslaApp sie startet nur mit schwarzem Bild, die WatchApp mit Access denied, womit man sich nicht einloggen kann. Was tun?
If you get access denied in a normal browser outside of the app when logging in on Tesla.com, please verify your account did not get locked out from too many wrong password attempts.
Also, please disable iCloud Private Relay as that causes the access denied error when redeeming the access code to a token. This is a universal error and applies to everyone and is an issue with iCloud Private Relay. Tesla blocks login while connected to anonymizing vpn services in order to protect your account from abuse.
There is no private relay set up and I don't use VPN either.

Try disabling WiFi or if already on cellular, try on WiFi.
If not, please attach screenshots of errors so I can better understand the state of error. I expect a white screen with access denied in black at top, after typing in username and password?

I stopped wlan in the IPhone X and now it is working Fine. Do you have an idea for the wlan Problem?

VPN. VPN is always the problem. Either intentionally or not, you're reaching Tesla through an insecure connection and they refuse to authorize you. VPN is the problem. :-D
Ok, Thank you, i will Write to Apple, because i have Not Changed anything, only the MacOS Two days ago

Only „apple" with IOS and OS has these problems with WLAN.
As soon i used Windows WLAN there are no problems.
I controlled my router for VPN. There ist no VPN.
I restart the router and then I have no longer problems.
