It just says “loading”
Hi there.
I logged in to Tesla via the app, the app has identified the type of car but it just says loading. I’ve left it overnight, still loading. I have deleted the app and downloaded again, loading………

Please restart the MCU in your vehicle by holding down both steering wheel buttons for 15 seconds. Then ensure your vehicle has cellular connectivity - this is required for the app to function. Wake in particular is behind the scenes an sms text message sent by tesla to the car to wake it up, so if it doesn't have a cellular signal, the vehicle will not be able to wake.
