App isn’t waking

i just downloaded this app and can’t seem to get it past the wake screen. Am I missing something? This is what I see and the log across 2 screenshots. Thank you

Hey @adriansalisbury

Please restart the MCU in your vehicle by holding down both steering wheel buttons for 15 seconds. Then ensure your vehicle has cellular connectivity - this is required for the app to function. Wake in particular is behind the scenes an sms text message sent by tesla to the car to wake it up, so if it doesn't have a cellular signal, the vehicle will not be able to wake.
