Improve title of the browser page

Prefix the current generic title with the title of the page.

For instance : https://developers.kelkoogroup.com/app/documentation/navigate/publisher/publisherSystems//_Public/Services has

• "Publisher services" as title of the page
• "KelkooGroup - Technical documentation for developers" as browser page title

=> replace "KelkooGroup - Technical documentation for developers" by "Publisher services - KelkooGroup - Technical documentation for developers"
