Be able for a user to give feedback

No authentication. Could be with a Name field stored in a coocky so that he don't have to put his name each time. Feed back on the page he is reading.

Add feedback button at the different title levels :

• Name
• Feedback

Store the feedback on the database. Each feed back is linked to a title in page.

Add a display feedback button at the title level if there are some.

Remove the feedback when the title change.

We should also find a way to remove the feedback when it as been taken in account by the writer. Don't know how to do it properly
