"Smaller Than" forcly replaced with "Smaller Than or Equals"

Describe the bug if i set an element's loading requirement to compare a number to a specific number, the condition will be forcly reset to "Smaller Than or Equals" if i choose "Smaller Than".

Forge/Fabric Version: 47.3.0
Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
Active Mods: FancyMenu
