The Ability to save Custom Elements

Describe your idea I want to save a group of elements as an element so that I can use it anywhere I need. This is different from having separate layouts because these should act like their own elements and be able to interact with the layout they are on. For example, if my saved element is a button that opens a GUI, I want to use it everywhere I need. I would also like to be able to do the stuff elements can do like having anchors.
