Initialisation page != 0

Hello Nice job with this component!

But I've got an issue to initialise the pageIndex ([page]) to something different from 0;

<kb-page-slider [(page)]="pageNumber"

If pageNumber at the initialisation is "2" the page load will still be the page "0";

My current fix is to init pageNumber at undefined and then set it to the value wanted inside a setTimeout...

Any better idea?
