Fetching seems to work pretty well on current master with php-readability 2 improvement. However some headings are missing, probably through php-readability cleaning

Current master does not fetch this article. However when using the following PR on php-readability it is correctly fetched: https://github.com/j0k3r/php-readability/pull/64 I'm moving this issue as waiting for an upstream fix...
