INFORMATION_SCHEMA.TABLE_STORAGE query started to return error – "INFORMATION_SCHEMA.TABLE_STORAGE hasn't been enabled for project"

This error showed up for us a couple days ago. We don't seem to be the only ones affected by it, but it was brought to our attention through this project. FYI in case it has/hasn't come up yet.
