Input shaper orientations

"Klipper does not to my knowledge currently support input shaper tuning in other orientations" FYI, this can be done by using `axes_map` under [adxl345]. [See here.](https://www.klipper3d.org/Config_Reference.html#adxl345)

Tested the EBB36 V1.1 with the SHT36 mount and it works great! Worth clarifying in the mod description.

Would it be possible for you to model one up for the Galileo? The SailFin is close but the motor mounts are off by a few degrees for the Galileo....
