i'll do you one better and make a video of me swimming on and off with a really plain set that covers me in pink wool, i also discovered while recording this that it doesn't work on the blank chiseled armor that you haven't customized

Update: We are going to be reworking the player rendering we are currently using to make it more compatible with other mods. Expect updates to try and fix this in the coming weeks
