Steps to Reproduce: Enable Complementary Unbound/Reimagined r5.1.1 Shaders and spawn in a Ghost or Ice dragon.

Description of issue: The glow layers for the Ghost and Ice dragons are extremely bright with Complementary Unbound/Reimagined Shaders r5.1.1. Ghost dragon image below:
