NTSC Filter Causes Odd Artifacts for Some Games
Specifically, Bubble Bobble appears messed up. The issue has been traced directly to the commit where the NTSC filters were added to the emulator.

Bubble Bobble is a MMC1 game, could this be related to #26?
The addition of the NTSC filter doesn't affect the rendering of Metroid.
