Linking to versions of APKs can be troublesome when using external CIs, and I can't use https://github.com/ImranR98/Obtainium/blob/09221b3526c2ec70f9f0449ed78438bf6420f52b/README.md#-obtainium easily otherwise either.

Publish .APKs in /releases, alongside the existent .exe installers.

You already publish to F-Droid.
